When you subscribe we open a line and email you a set of credentials. You install any standard IPTV player, enter those details once, and the full channel list and on-demand library appear inside the app. Nothing is downloaded to the device beyond the player itself and the streams are pulled as you watch, which is why a stable connection matters more than a headline speed. Around 15–25 Mbps is comfortable for HD and 4K on a single screen.

As a rough guide: 10 Mbps covers standard HD, 25 Mbps covers 1080p, and 50 Mbps or more is sensible for 4K. Those figures are per stream, so a household running two 1080p screens at once wants roughly 50 Mbps of headroom rather than 25. If you have the option, running a cable to the television is worth more than any speed upgrade — most buffering complaints turn out to be Wi-Fi rather than bandwidth.

Whether a given service or programme may lawfully be accessed depends on where you live, and that varies considerably between countries. IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest starting point and runs on nearly everything. TiviMate is the better choice on Firestick and Android TV if you care about the programme guide. OTT Navigator is a strong all-rounder on Android, GSE IPTV is the usual pick on iPhone and iPad, VLC will play an M3U link on Windows or Mac, and Smart IPTV suits Samsung and LG sets. All of them accept either login method we issue.

A connection is one screen playing at a time, so a 1-connection plan streams on one device at once and the larger plans allow two, three, four or five. You can install the player on as many devices as you like — the limit applies only to simultaneous playback. Households where sport and children's television collide usually find three connections is the point at which the arguments stop.

Nearly always it is the connection rather than the stream. 1) Run a speed test and confirm you are getting at least 25 Mbps at the device itself, not at the router. 2) Move to a wired connection if you can. 3) Close whatever else is saturating the line. 4) Restart the router and the player. 5) Drop the stream quality a step. 6) If you are on a VPN, switch to a nearer server or turn it off to test. If it survives all of that, send support the channel name and the time and we will look from our end.

It works with the major VPN providers, and some people find one helps if their ISP throttles video. Pick a server close to where you actually are — routing through another continent adds latency that shows up as buffering. A VPN is not a master key, though: some channels are geo-restricted at the source regardless of where you appear to be connecting from.
