Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance
1. Overview

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
Krooz TV maintains a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If Krooz TV receives multiple valid DMCA notices regarding the same user, that user's account may be suspended or terminated.

Krooz TV acts as a service provider and does not host or control third-party content. We comply with all applicable copyright laws and will cooperate with copyright owners to remove infringing content upon receiving valid DMCA notices.
