Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Krooz IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Krooz IPTV service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you hold rights in a work you believe is being made available through this service without permission, send our designated agent a written notice containing each of the following. The statute requires all six; a notice missing any of them cannot be acted on.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Krooz IPTV service
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Put "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line so the message is routed correctly on arrival.

Counter-Notification

If material of yours was taken down and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can file a counter-notification. It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others are suspended and, where the circumstances warrant it, closed permanently.
