1. Refund Eligibility
Krooz TV offers refunds under specific circumstances. We want every customer to be satisfied with their IPTV service experience. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve any issues.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund. Krooz TV processes all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
3. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund from Krooz TV, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- You have not used more than 10% of your subscription period
- Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations
- You have contacted our support team first to resolve any technical issues
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Krooz TV does not issue refunds in the following situations:
- The 48-hour refund window has expired
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
- Subscription renewals (you must cancel before renewal)
- Issues caused by your internet connection or device compatibility
- Change of mind after significant use of the service
5. Free Trial
Krooz TV provides a 24-hour free trial so you can test our service before purchasing. We strongly recommend using the free trial to verify compatibility with your devices and evaluate our channel selection. Since the trial is free and requires no payment, it is not subject to this refund policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund from Krooz TV:
- Email us at help@catchontv1.email with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email, order date, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Krooz TV will issue a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
